This five-day celebration has become one of Wisconsin’s favorite summer traditions, bringing together incredible barbecue, live music, family fun and unforgettable memories. Get ready for five days packed with live entertainment featuring more than 25 bands on two stages, including one stage located under the festival’s massive tent. This year’s powerhouse lineup includes crowd favorites Cherry Pie, Bella Cain, Madison County, Rival 5 and The Prince Experience, who will close out the festival on Sunday night. Bring a lawn chair, settle in and enjoy everything from rock anthems and country hits to high-energy tribute performances that will keep the party going all weekend long.
Of course, the star of the show is the mouthwatering barbecue. Ten professional Pit Masters from across the United States and Australia will battle it out for top honors including Best Sauce, People’s Choice and Grand Champion. The smoky aroma of slow-cooked ribs, brisket, pulled pork and signature sauces will fill the air as festival goers enjoy the opportunity to purchase not only award-winning BBQ, but also a variety of favorite festival foods. Backyard BBQ competitors have also answered the call this year and all competition spots officially filled.
Beyond the food and music, Elkhorn Ribfest offers something for the entire family. Kids will love the carnival rides, midway fun and a petting zoo. Shoppers can browse the Artisan Village filled with handcrafted goods, unique finds and specialty products, along with a variety of commercial vendors.
Motorcycle enthusiasts will get in on the fun, with the Elkhorn Ribfest Bike Show, showcasing incredible bikes and custom builds. Best of all, entry into the bike show is completely free, making it a must-see addition to an already action-packed weekend lineup.
