DESCRIPTION:Farm to Table Dinner + Greenhouse Tour\nDate: Friday\, June 19\, 2026 \nTime: 6:00 pm (tour will begin promptly at 6:15) \nLocation: Mill Creek\, 8839 Mill Creek Drive\, Marshfield\, Wisconsin \nCost: $89 per person \nJoin us for a magical evening at Mill Creek where you’ll enjoy the grand tour of Mill Creek’s growing space + greenhouses\, along with a delicious multicourse dinner prepared by the talented + local chef\, Rob Arndt\, all while delighting in the gorgeous ambiance of lush plants + live music in the greenhouse! \nYou’ll learn about how Mill Creek start over one million plants each year from seed\, tissue culture\, and cutting. You’ll also learn more about Mill Creek’s passion for sustainability + automation\, straight from our Head Grower. \nThen\, it will be time to enjoy a four-course meal in our charming greenhouse filled to the brim with lush plants\, accompanied by live music by local talent\, the band Lumönicity. \nWe’ll start off with salad using Produce Point mixed greens with a Brown Butter Lemon Vinaigrette\, grilled kohlrabi\, macerated strawberries\, toasted sunflower seeds and Parmesan Cheese. Then we’ll enjoy an appetizer of sticky pork belly burnt ends with pickled shallot and wasabi micro greens. For our entree\, Rob will serve pan seared walleye with asparagus purée and blistered cherry tomatoes. Then we’ll finish with chocolate mousse with Grandma Irene‘s pie crust and a salted coffee caramel. Our refreshing lineup of mocktails will include Rhubarb Ginger Fizz and Charred Pineapple Smash. \nAll ingredients will be sourced from local farmer’s markets. The entire menu is prepared gluten free. Vegetarian and dairy-free options are available upon request. Please note any other food allergies in order notes or give us a call. \nThis is a perfect event to attend with your partner for a unique date night\, or with family + friends for a fun night out. Kids are welcome (regular tickets must be purchased for each child in attendance).
