You’ll also learn more about Mill Creek’s passion for sustainability + automation\, straight from our Head Grower. \nThen\, it will be time to enjoy a four-course meal in our charming greenhouse filled to the brim with lush plants\, accompanied by live music by local talent\, the band Lumönicity. \nWe’ll start off with salad using Produce Point mixed greens with a Brown Butter Lemon Vinaigrette\, grilled kohlrabi\, macerated strawberries\, toasted sunflower seeds and Parmesan Cheese. Then we’ll enjoy an appetizer of sticky pork belly burnt ends with pickled shallot and wasabi micro greens. For our entree\, Rob will serve pan seared walleye with asparagus purée and blistered cherry tomatoes. Then we’ll finish with chocolate mousse with Grandma Irene‘s pie crust and a salted coffee caramel. Our refreshing lineup of mocktails will include Rhubarb Ginger Fizz and Charred Pineapple Smash. \nAll ingredients will be sourced from local farmer’s markets. The entire menu is prepared gluten free. Vegetarian and dairy-free options are available upon request.
