We’ll integrate mindfulness, breath work, strength and movement to find a perfect balanced yoga class. Bring your own yoga mat.

See and smell the wide variety of herbs used in culinary dishes, medicinal preparations and overall wellness. Enjoy an herbal demonstration where you will create an herbal infused item to take home.
