Glide Down the Giant Slide
A State Fair icon for over 50 years, kids and adults of all ages will enjoy a magic carpet ride down this 200-foot-long slide.
See the Draft Horse Hitch Shows
Held on August 1, 2, 3, 8 and 9 at the Fair Park, the Six Horse Hitch Competitions are qualifying events for the North American Six Horse Hitch Classic Series. Come and see these larger-than-life draft horses pull decorative wagons in a series of maneuvers for this competition in the Case IH Coliseum.
Take a Go-Round on the WonderFair Wheel Presented by Meijer
At over 15 stories tall, this relatively new State Fair attraction is a must-see. Get a view of the entire metro Milwaukee area at the top of North America’s tallest traveling Ferris wheel. If heights aren’t your thing, grab an Instagram-worthy pic in front of the stunning light display (especially at night).
Listen to Live Music
There is no shortage of live music at the Wisconsin State Fair. From up-and-coming entertainers on the vendor stages, to big name artists on the Main Stage presented by Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, there is a vibe and genre for everyone’s music style.
