This Labor Day weekend, head over to Wisconsin’s largest county fair for six days of fun and food at the Walworth County Fair! The fair is happening Aug. 31 – Sept. 5 in Elkhorn and has a jam-packed schedule that includes: concerts, monster trucks, a demo derby and more.
The Walworth County Fair may be one of the oldest fairs in Wisconsin (it’s been happening since 1849!), but they are debuting plenty of NEW ways for you to get involved (and win big) at the fair. Their 2022 special contests include:
- Plein Air at the Fair contest
- Pies in the Park contest and auction
- Perfectly Pickled Pucker Bowl
- Birdhouse Build Off
- Honey Condiment Contest
Plus they offer DIY projects and more kids’ contests in the Barnyard Adventure section, and don’t forget about the kids’ tractor pulls! Not to mention their amazing line-up at the grandstand…
